Refund Policy

Overview

GoonerLock Sub app licences are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The app does not function on your system despite meeting the published system requirements
  • You have not activated the licence key on any device
  • There is a technical issue we are unable to resolve

Non-Refundable

Refunds are generally not available if:

  • The licence key has been activated and bound to a device
  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • The request is based on a change of mind rather than a technical issue

How to Request

To request a refund, email support@goonerlock.com with:

  • Your licence key (or the first 6 characters)
  • The email address used for purchase
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Upon refund, the associated licence key is revoked and can no longer be used for activation.

Dom App

The Dom app is free and does not require a licence. There is nothing to refund.
